Shawn had been associated with Keller Williams Realty since 2004. However, the crash of the real estate market changed the industry's landscape. Instead of being stagnant, Shawn adapted to the situation. He seized an opportunity to sell a vacant lot in a less desirable part of Bel Air, Beverly Glen. Given the market's state, any business was valuable. Leveraging his unique marketing expertise and prior experience, Shawn successfully closed the deal. Additionally, he impressed other landowners in the region. Subsequently, he amassed a vast inventory of listings and sales in an untapped market, which led to the creation of La Land Man.
